MasterLiquid ML120R RGB là bộ tản nhiệt nước AIO của Cooler Master, với thiết kế nhỏ gọn cực kì phù hợp với các bộ case máy tính nhỏ gọn (mini tower) cùng với thiết kế buồng chứa kép, giúp tách biết dòng dung dịch vào và ra buồng chứa thành 2 luồng riêng biệt nhằm đem lại hiệu năng tản nhiệt tốt nhất.
MasterLiquid ML120R RGB sử dụng mô-tơ ba pha giúp đem lại hiệu năng hoạt động tuyệt vời với độ ồn rất thấp, đồng thời phần cánh của bơm được thiết kế tối ưu để tăng cường dòng chảy của dung dịch làm mát bên thông ống dẫn và khoang chứa. Ngoài ra, MasterLiquid ML120R RGB còn sử dụng thêm 1 lớp cao su cao cấp để ngăn chặn hiện tượng bốc hơi của dung dịch làm mát.
Bên dưới của khoang chứa là 1 lớp dẫn nhiệt bằng đồng nguyên chất, được thiết kế với rất nhiều kênh dẫn bằng lá đồng có diện tích tiếp xúc lớn, tiếp xúc trực tiếp với CPU để đem lại hiệu năng dẫn nhiệt tốt nhất.
Phần tản nhiệt của MasterLiquid ML120R RGB cũng được Cooler Master thiết kế rất tỉ mỉ, với thiết kế tối ưu cho dòng chảy, giúp tăng tốc khả năng thoát nhiệt từ dung dịch làm mát ra môi trường bên ngoài.
Nhằm đem lại tuổi thọ hoạt động tối đa với hạn chế trường hợp rò rỉ, toàn bộ diện tích trên ống dẫn của Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120R RGB đều được bọc bằng chất liệu FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene) đem lại sự cứng cáp cũng như ngoại hình bắt mắt.
Đi kèm với MasterLiquid ML120R RGB là chiếc quạt làm mát MF120R ARGB của Cooler Master, được thiết kế tối ưu để đem lại áp lực luồng gió tốt nhất xuống lớp tản nhiệt, đồng thời tích hợp sẵn đèn LED RGB đẹp mắt.
