Ngoài ra thì các ống đồng mạ Nikel sẽ cho tính thẩm mĩ cao hơn và hạn chế bị Oxi hóa trong thời gian dài sử dụng.
Gigabyte Aorus ATC800 có kích thước 139mm x 107mm x 163mm và cân nặng khi lắp đủ hai quạt lên tới 1,01 kg. Khoảng trống từ tản nhiệt tới bo mạch chủ khoảng 37,4mm, đây là con số lí tưởng và không bị cấn khe RAM quá nhiều. Theo như nhà sản xuất thì Aorus ATC800 có khả năng tải nhiệt tối đa lên tới 200W.
